The Modesta Real Estate Managing Partners and long-time SIOR members Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR, and Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR, attended the 7th "Mind Your Own Business" event of the SIOR European Regional Chapter in London on April 25 and 26, 2024.

As in previous years, the MYOB event program was diverse, covering the latest trends in the European real estate market. Key topics included "Sustainable Placemaking," "Industrial Outdoor Storage," and the psychology and pricing strategies. The two-day event was rounded off with an impressive tour and presentation of the new project 50 Electric Boulevard, along with ample opportunities for networking and exchanging ideas with industry colleagues.
