Modesta Real Estate mediates for Caritas
Vienna - A spacious office space for up to 40 employees was brokered to Caritas of the Archdiocese of Vienna. The location will be used mainly for office and counseling purposes.
The office on the 1st floor of the "Peugeot House" (Triester Straße 50A, 1100 Vienna) offers ideal conditions for the social aid organisation. The flexible room structure and the sufficient parking facilities on the building's parking deck are just some of the advantages. Caritas will occupy the office space as a subtenant of Peugeot Austria GesmbH. On the ground floor of the building, Stellantis&You Österreich GmbH operates a sales and workshop location for the automobile brands, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Jeep and Peugeot.
