After a more than successful year 2015, a slight increase in the Austrian property market is also expected for the current year. This is shown by the 2016 data in the current “Maklerranking” (Top Agent Ranking), which was recently published by the Austrian Immobilien-Magazine. This ranking is released every year by the Immobilien-Magazine and gives insight into the most high-selling residential, office, retail and investment advisers in Austria as well as their revenue expectations. This year, for the first time, Modesta Real Estate has also participated in the ranking in the office segment – with outstanding results.
