Vienna - A new location of the innovative self-storage provider RentaBox24 is being implemented in Breitenfurter Straße (1120 Vienna) with a total area of over 420 sqm. The commercial space was brokered by Modesta Real Estate following an exclusive commission.

RentaBox24 will soon offer a location for digital smart storage solutions in the flexible and multifunctional ground floor space. Modern and flexible storage spaces are becoming increasingly popular, especially in urban areas, among both private and commercial customers, which is why RentaBox24 is currently expanding its location portfolio. As part of this, the company was looking for conveniently located and easily accessible areas for their contactless, 24/7 storage concept.

Modesta Real Estate was exclusively commissioned for a total of four business premises in Breitenfurter Straße, 1120 Vienna. With the signing of RentaBox24's contract, the last of the available spaces has now been successfully rented out.
