Dublin - The third International European Conference of the American commercial real estate association SIOR will take place from July 13 to 15, 2022. Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR (Managing Partner Modesta Real Estate) will participate as a guest and represent Modesta Real Estate as Bronze Sponsor. 

This year's conference will be held under the motto "Changing with an Evolving World" and will highlight technological change, ongoing globalization and changing values regarding social and environmental responsibility within the real estate industry. As every year, the conference will focus on exchange, networking, and the opportunity to get to know new and innovative ways of thinking. This concept is supported by top-class keynote speakers from various industries with a wide range of focal points that will create a framework for the conference agenda.

As founder of Small World Consulting, he works directly with companies of all sizes and sectors, advising them in all aspects of ESG. Former Savills Managing Director Paul McNeive will share his personal experiences as a motivational speaker for leaders and professionals. After a stroke of fate, he learned that positivity and a clear sense of purpose are the keys to personal and professional success.
