On 21 February 2020 the traditional ball of the Austrian real estate industry took place for the 15th time in the Vienna Hofburg. As in previous years, more than 3,000 guests from the real estate industry enjoyed the festive event.

The Real Estate Ball has been a permanent feature of the Viennese ball tradition and brings together the international real estate industry on the dance floor every year. Since its 10th anniversary in 2015, the event has been supporting a charity project related to real estate. In 2020, the entire proceeds from the sale of donation cards will be given to the project SONNE-International . The charity, which is based in Austria, has been supporting disadvantaged people with education and training projects since 2002 and is working to establish basic medical care locally in its priority countries of India, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Ethiopia.

Among the ball guests were also some colleagues from the Modesta Real Estate team. Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR (Managing Partner) enjoyed the evening at the Vienna Hofburg together with Sascha Gutmann, B.Sc. (Investment, Industrial & Commercial Real Estate), Antonia Vrcic (Assistant Office and Commercial Real Estate), Bianca Isak, B.A. (Media Relations and Research) and Stefanie Behrendt, B.A. (Assistant to the Management, PR).
