MIPIM , one of the leading and best-known real estate exhibitions worldwide, will take place this year on 7 and 8 September 2021 under the motto "time to reconnect." As in previous years, the event will be held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

Among players in the real estate industry, MIPIM is known as one of the most important networking events of the year and a must-attend event for investors, developers, owners, architects and suppliers. It is all the more satisfying for the industry that it can take place in almost its usual format again after a one-year break. 

The programme of the MIPIM September Edition includes exciting lectures, an extensive exhibition area and numerous opportunities for networking with other participants. The conference agenda includes, among other things, topics such as the investment situation of various asset classes and international real estate developments with a wide range of geographical focus areas. However, current socially relevant topics, such as climate change and its economic effects or new, flexible working concepts are also part of the agenda.

As part of the conference programme, he will attend the workshop "What's hot in logistics?" led by Ronan Bolé (Operations Director, Amazon France), Christoph Chauvard (Managing Director, P3 Logistic Parks France) and Dr. Thomas Steinmüller (CEO, CapTen AG). However, Mr. Scheufele's primary focus is on networking, which is the basic concept of the MIPIM programme.
