Groß St. Florian near Graz – Modesta Real Estate has been exclusively commissioned by global gaming leader IGT for the sale of one of its production facilities in Styria. More than 5,000 sqm of usable space on a site area of approx. 10,600 sqm was successfully sold to Polz GmbH. 

The former production site of IGT Austria GmbH in the Austrian Laßnitztal offers warehouse and production areas as well as generous office space in the middle of a busy commercial area near the A9 Phyrn highway. The property was bought by Polz GmbH, an Austrian company specializing in energy self-sufficient photovoltaic systems. 

Modesta Real Estate accompanied the recently closed asset deal in cooperation with project partners from the international professional network SIOR . SIOR is an American organization for professionals in the commercial real estate sector, characterized by strict guidelines, of which both Modesta Real Estate Managing Partners Andreas Polak-Evans and Sebastian Scheufele are members.
