Vienna - UTG Universaltechnik GmbH is moving into a new office. Modesta Real Estate assisted the company from the high-end engineering sector in renting an approx. 360 sqm space on the top floor of the Altmannsdorf office centre. 

UTG has specialised in the planning and execution of industrial plants for more than 30 years. The internationally active company counts promising industries such as pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, the food industry and energy technology as well as the paper industry and chemicals and metallurgy among its customers. 

In addition to the company headquarters in Graz, UTG operates two further branches in Austria in Tyrol and since 2017 also in Vienna. The latter will be relocated to Altmannsdorfer Straße 89, just a few steps away from the previous Vienna location at the beginning of March 2023.  

"The flexible floor plan on the top floor can be individually adapted to the tenants' specific requirements. For UTG, the new office space is an optimal solution, as neither the commute nor the familiar infrastructure will change for the employees," adds Antonia Vrcic, M.A. (Associate Office Agency Modesta Real Estate) about the deal she accompanied.
