Modesta are joint sole agents for the Industrial Park Sered – at 220 hectares the largest industrial park in the Bratislava area.
Contractors have recently finished work on a new access to the park. The junction, constructed to the highest European standards, and just 500m from the R1 Highway, allows vehicles travelling from the D1 via the R1 to turn right in and left out of the park.
The work greatly improves access and reduces journey times leaving and entering the park.
